Objective The candidates acquiring M.C.A degree are expected to be able to work as faculty member in educational Institutes, IT & Software Profession in IT companies, researcher and development scientist in national and international organization. Programme M.C.A.(Master of Computer Applications) course is a full-time Three year programme divided into Six semesters. After successful completion of the six semesters the student will be awarded M.C.A. Eligibility Candidate seeking admission to the Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) programme must have passed a bachelor's degree examination under (10+2+3) pattern or equivalent, of this university examination or for any other recognized university with Mathematics / Statistics as one of the subject as at graduate or 12th std. Admission process will be take place by Gujarat Technical University through CMAT (Common Management Admissions Test). Intake The Intake shall be 60 (Sixty). The reservation for admission shall be as per the norms of Govt. of Gujarat. |

Objective Considering the growing demand for high quality professionals in Computer Applications and Information Technology at state, national and international level, there is a genuine need for identifying potential of student at an early stage of his career and equip him with knowledge and skill relevant for the fast changing technology life. The candidates acquiring M.C.A.(5 Yrs. Integrated) degree are expected to be able to function as software engineer, system manager, system analyst and faculty member to impart teaching, Research and development scientist in our country and International level. Programme Master of Science (Computer Applications) course is a full-time five years integrated degree course. After successful completion of the first three years(06 semesters) course, the student will be awarded B.C.A and after successful completion of the fifth year (10th Semester), the student will be awarded M.C.A. Eligibility Candidate seeking admission to this course will be given through merit list prepared from percentage of theory marks obtained ( practical marks will be excluded ) out of total theory marks at G.S.E.B./ C.B.S.C. (12th Std.) or I.S.S.C. (12th Std) or its equivalent examinations with subject :[1] English and one of the following subjects : [2] Mathematics [3] Physics[4] Statistics [5] Elements of Accountancy [6] Business Mathematics. The separate merit list will be prepared for the students, who studied in the schools located out of the Gujarat State. Intake Intake shall be 80 (Eighty).
